Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Management Intern to join our team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in planning, coordinating, and executing projects within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and resource allocation schedules.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and support mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Prepare project documentation, meeting notes, and status reports.
• Support the implementation of project management tools and workflows.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to best practices.

Remuneration will be commensurate with work experience and/or performance. There will be a 30-day probation period, which may include a short project or problem sets to test proficiency in project coordination and organizational skills.

Skills & Requirements

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, MS Project) and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
