The Role

As a Project Management Trainee at Capisoft, you will be the link between our clients, project team, and developers. You will monitor project progress, translate client needs into concrete technical steps, and ensure everyone knows what needs to be done and why. With your interest in technology, you can collaborate effectively with developers while communicating clearly with non-technical stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

Support projects from kick-off to delivery
Help translate requirements into clear user stories or specifications
Assist in planning and tracking project progress
Coordinate with clients and developers on priorities and feasibility
Identify potential issues and help resolve them before they become problems
Contribute to ensuring the quality of the final product

What We’re Looking For

HBO/WO thinking level, with an interest in technology and software development
Strong communication skills in English (and Dutch is a plus)
Proactive, structured, and result-oriented mindset
