As a trusted technical partner, you will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth on-site implementation, stable operation, and continuous improvement of our robotic solutions.

Key Responsibilities | 主な業務内容
English
Install, operate, and fine-tune robotic systems on-site
(Travel frequency: approx. 30–50%, domestic & international)
Work closely with design engineers and cross-functional teams to optimize system performance
Support customer-specific deployment and operational use of robotic systems
Diagnose and resolve technical issues through hands-on troubleshooting
Monitor system performance and propose technical improvements
Provide customer training and prepare/update technical documentation such as reports, manuals, and procedures

Required Qualifications & Skills | 必須要件
English
Solid technical background in robotics or related fields (mechanical, electrical, control systems, embedded systems, etc.)
Ability to understand complex product architectures and operating principles through manuals, schematics, and technical drawings
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Excellent on-site problem-solving skills with attention to detail, even under time pressure
Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English
(Guideline: Japanese N2 or above, English TOEIC 800 or equivalent)
