Position Summary
InNovo Partners is an engineering, planning and technology firm in the Central Florida area and we are looking for dynamic professionals to join our team! We are seeking an experienced Engineering Estimator specializing in Plans, Specifications & Estimates (PS&E) to join our team in a long-term, full-time, in-house role. This position plays a critical role in developing accurate construction cost estimates and supporting project delivery through close coordination with internal teams and external offices.
The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years experience in civil engineering or construction, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under short turnaround timelines.
