• Objectives of the Job

Handle projects independently, under guidance of Head Designs / Sr Architect. To be solely responsible for Project planning, coordination, line up, material procurement, project site manpower management and implementation of Architectural & Interior designing projects. He shall be responsible for management of Customer and Contractor resources with responsibility for the end result. Help Head Design / Sr Architect wrt all aspects of the Site. Will be responsible for Quality & Design checks and controls. Coordinate with Vendors for samples and meetings.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

• Handle projects independently, under guidance of Head Designs / Sr Architect.
• Will be responsible for Quality & Design checks and controls and Preparation of BOQs & estimates.
• Head and be responsible for Project planning, coordination, men & material line up, material procurement, project site manpower management and implementation of projects.
• Explain designs & tie up with production and dispatch departments and Control manufacturing orders to meet timelines.
• Plan, indent, release orders for materials. Responsible for management of Customer and Contractor resources with responsibility for the end result.

Experience: 3 years in similar position, apart from Internship.

Should have handled project > 2000 sft and budget of ₹ 50 Lakhs.
