Specializing initially in the airline industry, Fetcherr aims to revolutionize industries with dynamic AI-driven solutions.

We are looking for an Experienced Program Manager to join our team and lead end-to-end delivery processes for key customers and value streams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, possesses strong technical and analytical abilities, and has proven experience managing complex Agile programs involving cross-functional global teams. This role requires a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive process improvement, manage risks, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery of Fetcherr’s products.

Responsibilities :

Lead the end-to-end delivery for customers and value streams.
Create, plan and track the end-to-end customer program lifecycle - from contract/upsell, and discovery stages through development - to achieve a timely, high-quality delivery.
Oversee the full Agile SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) process and ensure all process stages are executed effectively.
Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Account Management, and Global Sales teams to coordinate the delivery of Fetcherr products.
Maintain clear communication by facilitating weekly program meetings to review status, align priorities, and manage risks.

Requirements:

You'll be a great fit if you have...

3+ years of experience as a Program Manager / Project Manager / Release Manager.

Nice to have:

**** Experience in mentoring and coaching.

Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and ongoing issues until they are mitigated or fully resolved.

Define, refine, and drive adoption of new processes and procedures based on continuous feedback and retrospectives.

Develop KPIs and performance indicators to track progress, quality, and the adoption of Agile methodologies.

Experience in the Software development life cycle.

Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies.

Hands-on experience with Jira/Confluence/Add-ons and various Atlassian tools.

Demonstrate a high level of problem-solving skills.

Comfortable with multi-tasking and context-switching.

Demonstrate ability to learn new technologies quickly and independently.

Strong technical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Exceptional communication skills.

Self-motivated, organized, efficient, and process-oriented.

A people person and a team player.

B.Sc. in Computer Science or a related technical field.

Fluent in English and Hebrew.
