Job Overview
XPECT Solutions is looking for an experienced, motivated and organized Program Manager to support their and their Federal Customers work in Washington, DC. This role will work supporting the FBI’s Office of Public Sector (OPS), you will play a pivotal role in advancing the Bureau’s mission to strengthen national security through enhanced collaboration with the private sector. As the Program Manager you will lead a team responsible for a broad range of technological and strategic responsibilities—from developing secure digital platforms and testing emerging technologies, to crafting impactful communication products and participating in Interagency working groups. By helping design innovative solutions that foster trust and engagement, you will contribute to the FBI’s efforts to build resilient partnerships that protect the nation’s people, infrastructure, and information.

Requirements
Active Top Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain an SCI
Master’s degree OR Bachelor’s + 10+ years of program management experience.
PMP certification OR demonstrated mastery of complex federal program leadership.
Comprehensive and thorough knowledge of: Business Case Analysis, Creative Problem Solving, Decision Briefing, Project Management Processes, Project Activity Implementation, and Risk Management, Strategic Planning.

Manage personnel, including identifying and vetting candidates, performance management.
Experience in managing multi-task contracts and subcontracts of various types and complexity, as well as experience in leading a multi-vendor environment is required.
Experience in conducting requirements analysis, resource allocation, project costing, deliverable tracking, schedule and financial data monitoring, and reporting.
Microsoft Office 360 suite tools experience (i.e. Word, Excel, Power BI, Power Apps…)
Excellent Communications Skills both written and oral.
