Sales Executive
to drive new client engagement and expand awareness of our Professional Services offerings—including Outsourced CTO, Organizational Change Management, Workforce Augmentation, Data Cloud & Analytics, Systems Integration, and ERP Application Development & Design.
This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic thinker and natural relationship builder who is passionate about helping clients achieve meaningful technological and operational transformation. You will work cross-functionally with enterprise sales teams, solution consultants, marketing, and leaders across the Professional Services organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Professional Services consultants and enterprise sales teams to drive territory growth through proactive lead-generation activities across the U.S.
- Conduct outbound outreach to prospective clients, generating interest in BRACHIN’s technology modernization, operational efficiency, and compliance-focused solutions.
- Respond to sales inquiries from a defined portfolio of existing clients.
- Master BRACHIN’s Professional Services portfolio and effectively communicate how our offerings address client needs.
- Maintain accurate documentation of interactions, pipeline progress, and forecasting data.
- Collaborate with marketing to refine lead-generation strategies and tailor messaging for each service line.
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of sales experience
, preferably in professional services, ERP software, or related IT consulting industries
- Demonstrated success in proactive lead generation and closing complex service offerings
- Exceptional communication skills across face-to-face, virtual, phone, email, and social channels
- Strong consultative selling approach and ability to articulate complex solutions in simple, client-centric terms
