Total comp packages up to £500k+ for production and systems engineers at top London quant firms. The compensation is real. So is the engineering bar.

The work

• Build and operate low-latency production systems handling significant order flow
• Own reliability, observability, and performance of mission-critical infrastructure
• Work on distributed systems, Kubernetes platforms, and high-throughput pipelines
• Set engineering standards across systems where mistakes cost real money

What you bring

• Strong systems engineering, ideally with low-latency or high-throughput production experience
• Deep proficiency in Python, C++, Go, Rust, or Java
• Track record running production-critical infrastructure (Kubernetes, distributed systems, observability)
• Comfort in high-bar, performance-driven cultures
