Production Planning & Operations Specialist

Job Description: The Production Planning & Operations Specialist actively supports the Head of Production & Supply Chain in the daily management of production activities and production planning.

The role is key in using the ERP system to manage production orders, Bills of Materials, and planning activities, acting as an operational interface between Production, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality.

This position combines hands on operational tasks with coordination responsibilities and offers long term growth opportunities toward more strategic roles within production and operations.

Key Responsabilities:

• Production support: Provide day to day operational support to the Head of Production & Supply Chain in coordinating production activities and monitoring progress.
• Production planning: Create, update, and monitor production plans based on customer orders, material availability, and operational priorities.
• ERP production orders management: Create, release, update, and close production orders in the ERP system, ensuring consistency between planning, execution, and reporting.

Requirements:

Must have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in production, planning, operations, or similar roles.
• Knowledge of ERP systems for production and BOM management.
• Understanding of assembly processes and production workflows.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
• Hands on attitude and strong willingness to support management activities.
• Ability to communicate effectively across different departments.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
