About About Nearfield Instruments Nearfield Instruments (NFI) is a fast-growing scale-up high-tech company. We design, develop, integrate, market and service advanced metrology machines. Our machines enables our customers - the world’s leading chipmakers – to increase the production yields, and thus, functionality of their microchips, which in turn leads to smaller, more powerful consumer electronics.
Founded in 2016, we bring together the most creative minds (approx. 250 employees) in science and technology and develop a one-of-a-kind, revolutionary high throughput Scanning Probe Microscopy system.
Where you will be working? You will be working in the Production Operations department. Within this department you will deal with various teams such as Assembly Integration Test Engineering, Commissioning and Planning. But also outside this team, you will interact with various departments within Nearfield Instruments.
What will you be doing? As an Output Leader, you will play a key role in coordinating Operations activities to deliver high-quality systems on time. You’ll act as the central point of contact across Production, D&E, and Supply Chain, ensuring issues are tackled quickly and efficiently.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for professionals with (some) experience and who are eager to further develop their leadership skills and grow into more senior operational or program management roles.
