Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Production Manager for our Composite Manufacturing division. Based on-site in Hyderabad, this role involves overseeing the design, production, and quality assurance of composite materials used in drone manufacturing. Key responsibilities include developing production plans, managing resources, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and optimizing manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency. The role also requires effective leadership, team coordination, and collaboration with multiple departments to meet project goals and timelines.
Qualifications
- Experience in composite manufacturing techniques, production planning, and resource management
- Proficiency in quality assurance processes and knowledge of safety standards in manufacturing
- Strong leadership, team management, and coordination skills
- Familiarity with materials engineering, design specifications, and manufacturing processes
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work on-site full-time in Hyderabad
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
- Experience in the UAV or aerospace industry is a plus
