This role is part of the Creative Arts Production & Operations group. The Creative Arts team is structured around four core disciplines: a Creative agency, Music, Sound, and Visual Arts. We provide services that support game development and marketing/PR teams. Are you detail-oriented and passionate about supporting teams making games? As a Production & Budget Coordinator for the Creative Arts Production and Operations (Pops) team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the team with coordination, documentation, planning, and tracking ensuring fiscal accuracy and efficiency. * Support Pops team with data gathering for budget creation and resource planning * Enter and maintain project costs and operational information across various tools * Raise POs, submit invoices and track costs in project management tools * Participate in the creation of monthly reports regarding financials and effort * Schedule meetings for the Pops teams with clear agendas and action items * Send communications and maintain production documentation for the team and our partners * Collaborate with production staff to monitor project timelines and meet deadlines * Anticipate project needs and address potential issues proactively * Collaborate with other teams to cultivate an environment for knowledge sharing * Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years relevant experience * Game development or creative services background * Budget management and financial coordination skills * Experience with project and resource management tools * High confidentiality and discretion * Strong communication and teamwork skills * Detail-oriented, able to handle multiple tasks * Creative thinker, passionate about gaming * Self-starter, results-oriented * Experience across multiple time zones * Monday.com, SmartSheet, SAP skills a plus * Worked in a multinational company * Familiar with PlayStation products
