Role Description

Eve Motors Ltd. Is looking for a full-time, on-site role as a Product Technician, based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Product Technician will be responsible for providing technical support, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, troubleshooting product performance, and assisting with the maintenance and repair of electric motorcycles. In addition, the role involves training customers on product usage and ensuring optimal functionality of all components and electronics. Collaboration with other team members to improve product performance is a key aspect of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to assess and diagnose product performance and identify areas for improvement
• Experience in providing technical support and expertise in troubleshooting and resolving product-related issues
• Proficiency in electronics and knowledge of electric vehicle systems
• Effective problem-solving and communication skills
• Relevant technical education or certification in electronics, mechanical engineering, or a related field
• An understanding of the electric vehicle industry
• Experience in assembling/maintenence of EV Two Wheelers
