The Career Opportunity

Correct-AI is seeking a Product Support Engineer to join our core team. Reporting to the Director of Technology, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and assisting with hands-on hardware installations, supporting the development and deployment of machine control systems, training end-users, contributing to software development, and providing both remote and on-site troubleshooting and support.

Key Accountabilities

• Oversee and support installation work of Correct-AI products, including hardware setup, wiring, and machine control interfaces.
• Assist with the design, integration, and support of autonomous valet parking hardware systems.
• Read and interpret hydraulic and electrical schematics to support system integration and troubleshooting.
• Provide technical training at customer sites, including equipment operators and field technicians.

Minimum Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 2+ years of experience in a product support, field service, or technical integration role.
• Proficiency in Python development and Linux-based systems.
• Comfort working with hydraulic systems, control logic, and interpreting schematics.
