The Role
As a strategic leader and individual contributor, the Product Strategy Partner, Cross Business & Emerging Technology will lead Strada’s efforts to identify, evaluate, and integrate innovative technologies that deliver value across multiple business functions. This role ensures Strada remains at the forefront of technological advancement, driving enterprise-wide transformation and competitive advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Market & Client Insight
Conduct deep market analysis to better understand the competition including their capability, unique value proposition, strategic direction, current & targeted clients, offer packaging, and pricing.
Identify emerging technologies (e.g., AI, automation, blockchain, advanced analytics, customer support) with potential cross-business impact.
Assess feasibility, scalability, and ROI for enterprise adoption.
Proven ability to create business cases required for gaining approval of executive leadership for substantial investments in new versions/or offers.
Proven ability in assessing and crafting pricing models related to new versions/offers – including the ability to validate that with certain key influencers and clients/prospects.
Serve as a thought leader and subject matter expert in emerging technologies, compliance, and service delivery. Including publicizing Strada’s capabilities and vision at industry events, strategic vendor partnership meetings and other avenues used to communicate with our client base as well as the overall ecosystem.
Build meaningful relationships and connections with the ability to reach out to key industry influencers, platform providers and others that help to influence the direction of the emerging technologies industry.
Strategic Alignment
Develop a roadmap for emerging tech initiatives aligned with Strada’s business objectives, transformation goals and client needs.
Identify emerging trends, regulatory changes and competitive dynamics to inform strategic initiatives.
Ensure technologies support compliance, security, and regulatory requirements globally.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Ability to liaise and negotiate with other competing interests for development efforts related to strategic initiatives.
Work closely with sales, marketing, service delivery, and regional teams to ensure alignment and execution of product strategy.
Innovation & Thought Leadership
Strong viewpoint on what is needed from the emerging technology industry and how Strada can differentiate its offerings versus its competitors.
Proven ability to articulate the company’s strategy in various forums including conferences, panels, partnership meetings, client executive meetings, and other critical “visionary” meetings.
Governance & Risk Management
Define governance models for emerging tech adoption, including risk assessment and compliance checks.
Collaborate with Security and Legal teams to mitigate risks proactively.
Go to Market Knowledge & Leadership
Support Marketing and Commercial teams in the go-to-market efforts with strategic messaging, positioning, and client engagement.
Deep understanding of required activities and deliverables to correctly release a new version or offer to our client base. Includes understanding the needs of the client, operations, Solution Architects, Sales Resources, and others that directly influence our ability to sell and support our clients.
Qualifications
15+ years of experience in business services product strategy, innovation or digital transformation roles, preferably in a global context.
Proven and demonstrated deep expertise in emerging technologies, product management, compliance, and service delivery models.
Ability to balance innovation with compliance and risk management
Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives and influence across a matrixed organization.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with business services SaaS platforms and global HCM ecosystems.
Familiarity with leading cross-functional initiatives in complex, fast-paced environments
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Salary Pay Range
Minimum - Maximum: $203,490.00 - $377,910.00
Pay Transparency Statement: Strada considers a variety of factors in determining whether to extend an offer of employment and in setting the appropriate compensation level, including, but not limited to, a candidate’s experience, education, certification/credentials, market data, internal equity, and geography. Strada makes these decisions on an individualized, non-discriminatory basis. Bonus and/or incentive eligibility are determined by role and level.
