We’re Hiring: Product Manager (Hybrid | São Paulo, Brasil)
At Pitz, we’re building the product infrastructure for auto repair shops, auto parts sellers, and marketplaces across Latin America.
We’re looking for execution-heavy Product Managers with strong judgment, real ownership mindset, and the ability to operate close to the product and the team.
Important: This role is HYBRID.
If you’re only looking for a 100% remote role, this position is not a fit.
The Role
You will own a business vertical end-to-end, with full autonomy over backlog management, prioritization, and delivery, working closely with engineering and the Product Lead.
This is a hands-on PM role, not a slide-deck role.
The role combines:
• Execution-heavy PM work: delivery, backlog ownership, daily coordination with developers
• Product discovery and strategy: problem definition, hypothesis testing, metrics, and data-driven decisions
Expectations in the first 3–6 months
• Clear ownership of a product vertical
• A defined and actively executing roadmap
• Strong tracking of impact metrics (adoption, delivery velocity, efficiency)
• Ability to say no with clear product reasoning
Must-Have Qualifications
• +3 years of experience as an APM or PM in software companies
• Proven experience managing backlogs, prioritizing features, and building roadmaps
• Hands-on experience with Scrum (planning, dailies, refinements)
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, data, design, growth)
• Strong communication and executive-level presentation skills
• Solid experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Figma
Nice to Have
• Experience in marketplaces, service platforms, billing, or auto parts
• Experience building products for operational users (not just polished B2B SaaS)
