In this role, you'll work on cutting-edge technology that makes a real-world impact as we create autonomous systems that operate in some of the world's most challenging environments. You'll have the opportunity to see the technology in action through field trials and real-world deployments, all while working in a collaborative, hybrid environment in central Bristol.

Product Owner What You Can Expect

Define and prioritise product features and roadmap aligned with business goals
Own the product backlog and ensure clarity and transparency
Plan and communicate product roadmap
Collaborate with the engineering team to drive agile development cycles
Interface with stakeholders to gather feedback and translate needs into product requirements
Oversee product testing and customer engagement

What You Bring Essential skills and experience that you bring:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar (Product Manager, Delivery Manager etc), ideally within a complex technical environment
Proven experience with Agile and/or Lean methodologies
Proficient at facilitating team workshops and ceremonies
Comfortable in stakeholder engagement
Understanding of software development processes
Ability to quickly grasp and translate complex technical concepts in robotics and subsea engineering into clear product requirements
Experience with work management tooling (i.e. Jira, Azure DevOps etc)

Desirable But Non-essential Skills And Experience That You Have

Degree in a technical or scientific field
Working understanding of autonomous mobile robots or subsea robotics
Industry knowledge for Offshore Wind or Oil and Gas
