What You’ll Do 🛠️:
- Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and backlog in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Gather and prioritise requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
- Work closely with development teams to translate requirements into user stories and actionable tasks.
- Own the product backlog, refining and prioritising based on feedback and changing needs.
- Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality products.
- Monitor product performance, gather insights, and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends to shape product strategy.
What We’re Looking For 🔍:
- A degree in a STEM, business, or related field.
- At least 1 year of professional experience in a product management, product owner, or technical role.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and product development lifecycle.
- Experience in creating and prioritising product roadmaps and backlogs.
- Proven ability to translate business goals into actionable product features.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A user-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional product experiences.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
