THE WORK:
Ripple is hiring a Product Operations Analyst to help grow and scale Ripple’s rapidly growing product offerings. This role reports to the Financial Services, Director. You will work closely with important internal collaborators from Markets, Risk, Treasury, and Legal teams. Your efforts will support Ripple’s global, around-the-clock business operations. Responsibilities include managing operational support tasks like reconciliation, trade support, exception processing, funding, and settlement. This role involves building processes, setting up systems, developing settlement instructions, and managing transactions while making sure our risk management framework, policies, and procedures are upheld.
