Role Overview
We are looking for a Technical Product Marketing Manager
who can translate complex AI systems into clear product narratives, structured documentation, and compelling product materials
.
You will work closely with research, product, and engineering teams to build the communication layer around the Lexsi platform
including product documentation, presentations, demos, visual assets, and technical explainers.
This is a high-ownership role for a multi-skilled operator
who enjoys transforming complex technology into structured, developer-friendly communication.

Familiarity with AI / ML concepts such as model evaluation, interpretability, observability, or ML systems.
Experience managing documentation systems or developer knowledge bases

Translate complex AI systems, interpretability tools, and platform capabilities into clear, credible messaging and technical storytelling for developers, AI researchers, and enterprise users.
Build and maintain Lexsi’s product documentation ecosystem.
Design and manage developer-friendly documentation including onboarding guides, feature documentation, integration guides, architecture explanations, and troubleshooting resources that reduce product friction and accelerate user adoption.
Create high-impact product assets and demo experiences.
Develop product decks, solution briefs, product walkthroughs, demo scripts, and launch materials used across sales, conferences, developer engagement, and customer onboarding.
Design visual product communication.
Produce architecture diagrams, workflow visuals, product flows, and system maps that clearly communicate how the platform works and help simplify complex technical concepts.
Partner deeply with research, product, and engineering teams.
Convert internal research and product innovations into external-facing assets, identify documentation gaps, and support launches with feature documentation, release narratives, and technical explainers.
3–6 years experience in Product Marketing, Technical Marketing, Technical Writing, Developer Marketing, or Product Documentation roles

Proven ability to translate complex technical systems into clear, structured communication
for developers, engineers, and enterprise users.
Strong experience creating product documentation, product decks, demos, guides, and technical explainers
.
Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, research, and product teams
to extract technical insights.
Excellent written communication and structured thinking skills with strong attention to detail.
Experience producing technical visuals such as architecture diagrams, product workflows, or system maps
.

Proficiency with tools such as Notion, Confluence, Markdown/Git-based documentation, Figma, Canva, or diagramming tools
.
Experience creating developer-focused content such as tutorials, demos, or walkthroughs
.
