Job Title: Manager, Product Marketing – Specialty Chemical Applications

Location: Pune, India

The Product Marketing Manager will develop and execute marketing strategies for chemical applications, defining product positioning and go-to-market plans. Conducting market research to identify trends and customer needs, you will use insights to drive product improvements. You'll create sales enablement materials and support the sales team with up-to-date product information. Overseeing product launches, collecting customer feedback, and collaborating with cross-functional teams will be key to ensuring product success.

Responsibilities:

• Support the company’s growth initiatives, customer retention and profitability through product marketing strategies. Own the product’s lifecycle.
• Develop impactful sales enablement materials, including brochures, presentations, case studies, and whitepapers, that effectively communicate the unique value proposition of HABER's solutions to customers.
• Develop sales and customer training programs and sales tools to support the sales team in response to customer and competitive needs.
• Drive market and competitor intelligence. Be the voice of the customer.
• Develop and execute strategies and plans for demand generation, on-going market research, customer needs assessment, sales and inventory forecasting, and customer and sales history analysis.
• Develop pricing strategies which will meet growth and profit objectives.
• Conduct in-depth research to understand market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape within the industry, providing insights to guide product enhancements, identify market gaps, and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure they are equipped with the latest product information, tools, and competitive intelligence to drive successful deal closures.
• Oversee the end-to-end execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches, working with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, and engineering to ensure smooth market introductions and maximize product adoption.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve product offerings, identify gaps, and create customer success stories through case studies that demonstrate the impact of HABER's solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, customer success, and sales teams to ensure product features align with customer requirements, driving continuous product improvements based on market feedback.
• Foster strong cross-functional relationships to deliver optimal outcomes for the business and customers, ensuring seamless execution of strategies.
• Strengthen HABER's position as a thought leader in the industry by producing valuable content, participating in industry events, webinars, and publishing articles that showcase the benefits of AI, IoT, and automation in chemical application.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
• 8-12 years of product marketing experience, with a strong focus on industrial applications (e.g., Pulp & Paper, Metals & Mining).
• Experience in managing B2B marketing for technical products
• Proven track record of developing and executing product marketing strategies that drive customer adoption and revenue growth.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze market data, customer needs, and competitor performance to guide marketing decisions.
• Highly proficient with MS Word, Excel and presentation tools like PowerPoint and Canva
