• Be flexible as the position will require frequent collaboration with colleagues from multiple disciplines including Sales, Manufacturing, CAD and other technical teams in the organization

• Train in product manufacturing processes to facilitate understanding of technology capabilities and product costs, including plating, sputtering and photolithography processes.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering

• 5 years direct hands-on experience with AutoCAD/SolidWorks

• Competent in GD&T per ASME Y14.5

• Demonstrated direct experience interpreting customer or internal specifications and technical drawings/prints

• Exceptional communication skills

• Ability to learn quickly

• Detail-oriented with demonstrated ability to deliver accurate work

• Thrives under time pressure – ability to work proactively and effectively across functions at all levels of the organization to 'get things done' in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

• Access to information subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations and/or the Export Administration Regulations; must qualify as 'U.S. Persons' as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15

Preferred:

• Some commercial experience preferred – working with Sales and Marketing teams to generate RFQ proposals

• Some experience preferred with developing work instructions
