About the Role

We’re looking for a PM who thrives in complex, data-heavy, logic-driven environments and who has previously worked on early-stage product surfaces. This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, operations, and customer success but leans heavily toward structured workflow design, operational mapping , and 0→1 product definition.

You will work hands-on with customers to dissect multi-step workflows, model the underlying logic, and translate those insights into scalable AI agent capabilities. You’ll frequently start with ambiguity, unstructured processes, inconsistent logic, tribal knowledge, and design the first version of repeatable, automated workflows that become core product features.

What You’ll Do

• Act as the customer’s voice: Deeply understand customer workflows, logic, and needs in medical billing and healthcare operations.
• Translate needs into product: Convert customer requirements into clear product specs that guide engineering and expand Youlify’s AI Agent capabilities.
• Lead forward deployments: Drive successful onboarding and implementation of Youlify’s platform for new customers, ensuring rapid adoption and measurable impact.
• Bridge product and engineering: Collaborate with engineers to design, test, and deploy agentic workflows and automations tailored to customer use cases.
• Drive continuous improvement: Gather feedback from deployments to refine platform capabilities, improve usability, and identify new product opportunities.
• Document with clarity: Create comprehensive specifications, process maps, and deployment documentation that ensure repeatability and scalability.
• Partner cross-functionally: Work closely with Operations, Customer Success, and AI Engineering teams to ensure every new feature or deployment delivers end-to-end value.

Skills & Qualifications

Required:

• 5+ years in product, solutions engineering, forward deployment, implementation, or operations-heavy SaaS roles.
• Experience designing or managing complex workflows, logic-based systems, or multi-step operational processes.
• Strong analytical ability: comfortable working with data tables, workflow metrics, and process instrumentation.
• Experience working on immature, scrappy, or 0→1 product environments where playbooks didn’t exist.
• Strong systems thinking: ability to translate ambiguous real-world processes into structured logic.
• Comfortable working directly with customers and extracting workflow logic from operational teams.
• Ability to write clear, detailed workflow specs (e.g., diagrams, pseudo-logic, decision trees).
• Experience building or managing AI products. Familiar with vibe coding and general AI capabilities.
• Comfortable working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with high ownership and accountability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to align technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred:

• Strong understanding of healthcare operations, medical billing, or RCM workflows.
• Experience in operationally heavy platforms (e.g., logistics, delivery, healthcare operations, or enterprise service delivery).
