We're seeking a visionary Product Manager to drive innovation and collaboration across our engineering, sales, and operations teams. If you're passionate about creating solutions that delight customers and eager to be a part of shaping the future of manufacturing, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Communicate delivery targets & changes to affected stakeholders
- Represent the voice of our customers and users
- Generate actionable insights from customer research, informing product enhancements
- Bridge software, R&D and hardware teams to deliver strategic product functionality
- Define & document UX & functional behavior critical for a welding cycle
- Specify new features & feature enhancements
- Develop feature roadmaps with engineering that progress feature sets beyond MVP
- Work in a technical environment with a broad, cross functional team to drive product vision define product requirements, coordinate resources from other groups (design, legal, etc) and guide the team through key milestones
