We are seeking an experienced Product Manager / Technical Manager with 5+ years of experience in either (or both) the construction industry or the automotive/vessel sectors. The ideal candidate will be a mature, driven professional who bridges the gap between market needs, product development, and commercialization.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary link between market demands, R&D, and product deployment.
• Lead product strategy, roadmap, and execution for autonomous construction robotics.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to translate technical capabilities into market-ready solutions.
• Drive product commercialization, including go-to-market strategies and industry adoption.
• Engage with stakeholders (clients, partners, regulators) to ensure product-market fit.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards (construction, robotics, safety).

Qualifications & Skills

• Master's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in the real estate, bridge, road industry. Knowledge in the automotive/vessel industry would be desirable.
• Defining the product and creating the product solutions.
• Deep understanding of construction site management and building design codes or vehicle/vessel production technology.
• Strong market analysis and business acumen to drive product success.
• Leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams and B2B stakeholder management.
• Good communication in both English and Mandarin (preferred for global collaboration).
