We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our growing team in Tel Aviv and help shape the core system experiences that power FundGuard’s investment operations platform. This role is ideal for someone who loves making sense of complexity and translating it into clean, intuitive product flows. You’ll focus on building configurable tools and user-facing flows that let customers manage large-scale fund operations efficiently — such as defining workflows, setting up robust mapping rules, and integrating data from external systems into our model. While a passion for fintech or capital markets is welcome, your true strength lies in designing systems users can actually understand and use. As a product manager at FundGuard, you will: * Define and own product areas that sit at the heart of the FundGuard platform, including: * Fund lifecycle workflows * Input mapping and transformation engines * Configuration and system management interfaces * Design and specify user experiences for complex operational logic — making intricate processes feel accessible and structured * Collaborate with designers, engineers, and subject matter experts to iterate on flows and components * Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to understand real-world use cases and translate them into product requirements * Lead roadmap planning, execution, and validation for your domain * Ensure consistency, reusability, and scalability across product areas Requirements: * 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager for B2B SaaS or enterprise applications * Strong ability to model complex logic and translate it into clean UX flows * Experience working on internal tools, configuration systems, or workflow builders * Excellent collaboration and communication skills * Comfortable navigating technical depth and ambiguity Nice to have skills: * Bachelor degree in computer science or a related technical field * Previous experience in a technical role - developer, QA, analyst etc. About FundGuard: Located in Tel Aviv’s Azrieli Center, FundGuard is the new generation investment accounting utility for asset managers and their service providers.
