Product Manager – Quantum Security
Location: United States (Remote / Hybrid)
About QCoreSecure
QCoreSecure (www.qcoresecure.com) builds quantum-based security infrastructure for enterprise and critical systems. Our products deliver true quantum randomness through deployable QRNG appliances and Quantum Randomness as a Service (QRaaS), enabling organizations to consume certified quantum entropy across on-premise, cloud, and hybrid environments.
As cryptographic systems face growing threats from increasingly sophisticated attacks and the emergence of quantum computing, software-based pseudo-random number generators are no longer sufficient. QCoreSecure’s mission is to make
quantum-derived randomness a standard security primitive
for modern digital infrastructure, including financial services, payments, cloud platforms, telecommunications, and government systems.
The Role
We are seeking a
senior Product Manager – Quantum Security
to own product definition and execution for QCoreSecure’s QRNG appliance and QRaaS offerings. This role requires a strong combination of technical depth, product thinking, and customer understanding, with the ability to work independently in an emerging, deep-technology domain.
You will be responsible for identifying the right use cases, defining product capabilities, translating customer and market needs into clear requirements, and working closely with engineering teams to deliver secure, deployable products.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Use-Case Definition
- Identify and prioritize high-value use cases for QRNG appliances and QRaaS across financial services, payments, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, telecommunications, government, and critical infrastructure
- Define how quantum randomness is consumed within existing cryptographic and security architectures
- Own and maintain the product roadmap, balancing customer value, technical feasibility, and long-term platform strategy
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and relevant regulatory or standards developments
Product Definition & Documentation
- Own and author detailed
Product Requirement Documents (PRDs)
, functional specifications, and user stories
- Define product features, APIs, protocols, performance characteristics, SLAs, and security requirements
- Document deployment models, integration patterns, and reference architectures for on-premise and cloud environments
- Create and maintain technical documentation and integration guides
Customer Discovery & Solution Design
- Engage directly with customers and partners to understand security requirements, infrastructure constraints, and deployment realities
- Lead discovery sessions to uncover explicit and latent customer needs
- Design end-to-end solutions using QRNG appliances, QRaaS, or hybrid approaches
- Incorporate feedback from pilots, proofs of concept, and early deployments into product evolution
Engineering Collaboration & Execution
- Translate customer and market requirements into clear, testable engineering specifications
- Work closely with distributed software, firmware, and platform engineering teams
- Participate in architecture reviews, backlog prioritization, and release planning
- Ensure delivered capabilities meet functional, performance, reliability, and security expectations
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Provide product and technical input to strategic customer engagements and partnerships
- Collaborate with marketing on positioning, messaging, and technical content
- Work with compliance and certification teams on relevant security and randomness standards
- Coordinate with operations on deployment, scalability, and support considerations

- Master’s degree or
PhD
in a relevant discipline is highly desirable
- 7+ years of experience in product management for B2B, infrastructure, or security-focused products
- Proven track record of defining and delivering complex technical products from concept to market
Technical & Product Skills
- Strong understanding of cryptography, entropy, randomness, and security architectures
- Experience with enterprise software, APIs, services, or appliance-based products
