What You’ll Do

• • Define and own the roadmap for the Partner Platform ecosystem, ensuring solutions deliver measurable value and operational excellence.
  • Deeply understand partner needs and workflows to design and deliver scalable, innovative platform capabilities that drive business impact and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (partnerships, product, engineering, operations) to align priorities and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Balance customization and scalability, addressing specific partner requirements while ensuring the platform remains extensible and sustainable.
  • Leverage data and insights to measure platform adoption, partner ROI, and user engagement, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Enable adoption and success through clear documentation, onboarding, and enablement resources that help partners unlock platform value.

What You’ll Need

• • 3–5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in B2B platforms, healthcare technology, or partner-facing products.
  • Proven experience working with partners such as pharma, insurers, or other regulated industries, with a strong focus on B2B product enablement.
  • Solid understanding of APIs, integrations, and scalable architectures that support external platforms.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management—balancing diverse partner needs with internal priorities.
  • Strong data-driven mindset, with the ability to measure platform adoption, partner ROI, and user engagement.
