We’re looking for a passionate and strategic Product Manager to lead the development and execution of interventional ultrasound solutions, with a focus on interventional radiology and system-level integration. This is a unique opportunity to drive innovation at the intersection of clinical need, advanced imaging, and user-centered design. - Act as the primary liaison between the Interventional Ultrasound team and system product managers to ensure interventional priorities are embedded in platform development. - Define and execute product strategies that support interventional radiology workflows and ultrasound-guided procedures. - Lead planning and coordination of Early Customer Engagement (ECE) and user testing activities to validate product concepts and usability. - Translate clinical insights into actionable product requirements and roadmaps in collaboration with R&D, UX, and clinical teams. - Support cross-functional alignment across engineering, marketing, and regulatory to ensure timely and impactful product delivery. - Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals. - Gather and prioritize customer and market requirements. - Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. - Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding both internally and externally. - Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement. - Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in medical imaging, interventional radiology, or ultrasound systems. - Strong understanding of interventional workflows and the role of imaging in procedural guidance. - Proven ability to collaborate across functions and drive execution in complex, matrixed environments. - Experience with user testing, VOC research, and clinical validation processes. - Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. - Background in system-level product development or platform integration. - Familiarity with regulatory and clinical trial processes. - Experience with AI-enabled imaging, UX design. : We are a team of more than 73,000 highly dedicated Healthineers in more than 70 countries. The annual base pay for this position is: Min $133,900 - Max $200,900 Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
