Electrokare builds software that turns existing ECG based monitors into something much more useful.
We’ve developed proprietary models that use ECG data to estimate blood-level physiology continuously and non-invasively (Sodium, Potassium, Calcium, Lactate, etc.). That lets people understand hydration, electrolyte balance, blood values, and performance in real time without lab tests. It's a CGM but on existing hardware, non-invasive, and for a lot more than just glucose.
Our Electrokare Fitness users are people who train, work, or operate at a high level: athletes, first responders, military, and others who care about performance and recovery because it actually affects outcomes. We build tools they can rely on daily, not dashboards they check once and forget.
The core technology works. The early product is live. Now we’re scaling the consumer business.
Role Description
This role owns Electrokare’s consumer business end to end.
You are responsible for the product, the technology, and the results. You own the P&L. You decide what gets built, what gets shipped, and what gets killed. You work closely with the CEO on strategy and big decisions, but day to day, this is your business.
The consumer product is a mobile app that connects to existing heart-rate monitors over Bluetooth and turns raw physiological data into clear, actionable insights around hydration, performance, and recovery. Your job is to turn that product into a real, scalable business.
This role is meant for someone who wants to be a founder one day, or already thinks like one.
What You'll Do
- Own revenue, pricing, growth, retention, and margins for the consumer business
- Set the product roadmap and ship features that real users actually use
- Write production code and own technical decisions across the consumer stack (You will be pushing code)
- Build and run a tight product team (engineering + design)
- Work with the CTO to integrate and ship new models into the app
- Scale the business from early traction to eight-figure ARR
Technical Scope
- Mobile app development on Flutter (iOS and Android)
- BLE integrations with existing heart-rate hardware
- End-to-end ownership of the consumer application stack
- Product analytics, experimentation, and performance monitoring
- Close collaboration with applied physiology and modeling teams
