Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with a single, high-priority customer to design, build, and deploy scalable, tailored solutions using AI.
• Lead every stage of engineering, from exploratory prototyping to production-grade systems.
• Serve as a technical strategist and partner for your customer, aligning challenges to innovative AI solutions.
• Innovate on the fly: rapidly implement, troubleshoot, and iterate on the AI systems you deploy.
• Immerse yourself in cross-functional responsibilities, acting as engineer, strategic advisor, and mini-CTO all in one.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Full Stack Development (Python + React) and experience working with LLMs.
• 4+ years of CS experience or equivalent degree from a top-tier university or program.
• Passion for AI and innovation.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to lead technology teams.
• Ability to work collaboratively as a team player and independently as a contributor.
• Experience taking software from ideation to production.
• Stellar track record in senior engineering leadership roles within high-growth tech environments.

• Salary range: $150,000 - $215,000 for NY-based candidates; £80,000 - £120,000 for London-based candidates.
