Dex is partnering with a select cluster of London’s highest-velocity Series A-C startups that are actively scaling their core engineering teams. These companies are moving beyond the MVP phase and define "Product Engineering" as the intersection of technical excellence and user empathy. If you thrive in high-agency environments where you ship to production daily and own features from idea to user adoption, these roles are made for you!

What You’ll Work On

• Architect Greenfield Solutions: Design and deploy new features and products, taking full ownership of the project
• Bridge Product & Tech: Collaborate directly with founders and designers to translate complex user pain points into elegant, scalable technical solutions.
• Define Engineering Culture: As a core member of any of these teams, you will help set the standards for code review, testing strategies, and the balance between speed and tech debt.
