About the Role

Job Title: Product Engineer
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: £60-80k
Experience Level: Mid and Senior level
Work Arrangement: 1+ day a week in office

Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine features with a cross-functional team across the full stack, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and business impact.
• Proactively explore and integrate new technologies to advance the platform's capabilities.
• Uphold and improve coding standards and streamline deployment processes.
• Think strategically, understanding business goals and aligning technical work to support those goals.

Qualifications:

Desirable Skills:

• Analytical mindset with an interest in finding trends in data.
• Interest in LLMs and experience with OpenAI APIs or similar projects.
• Experience with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and ability to design and implement ML models.
• Experience working with enterprise-level customers.
