YOU HAVE

• Education: A University Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Retool Mastery: Proven experience building production-grade internal tools, including custom components and complex resource queries.
• Python Proficiency: Strong backend skills, specifically for data processing, automation, and API consumption.
• Data Expertise: Advanced SQL skills and experience working with BigQuery as a data warehouse.
• ERP Knowledge: Hands-on experience with SAP Business One (Service Layer, DI API, or database schema).
• Google Cloud/Workspace APIs: Experience integrating Google Drive, Sheets, or Cloud Storage into automated workflows.
• Language: Professional proficiency in English; you are comfortable documenting technical processes and communicating in a global environment.
• Collaborative Mindset: You are a team player who thrives on feedback and enjoys working closely with non-technical users to build the best possible product.

YOU MIGHT ALSO HAVE:

• Knowledge of artificial intelligence models and natural language processing, including Mistral, LLaMA, or DeepSeek.

ABOUT IRB BARCELONA,

Created in 2005 by the Generalitat de Catalunya (Government of Catalonia) and the University of Barcelona, IRB Barcelona, a Severo Ochoa Centre of Excellence since the first call in 2011, has received the accreditation four consecutive times.

The institute is devoted to conducting research of excellence in biomedicine and to transferring results to clinical practice, thus improving people’s quality of life, while simultaneously promoting the training of outstanding researchers, technology transfer, and public communication of science.
