• Be able to demonstrate exposure to control plans, SPC, and reaction plans Root Cause Analysis.
• Be able to demonstrate getting to root cause Six-Sigma Training.
• Green Belt and/or Black Belt Training.

Basics:

• 1 Year of experience.
• Bachelor's Degree.

• 2-3 Years of experience.
