What you will do
- Build real-time systems that operate in live clinical environments
- Work on event-driven architectures (Kafka) at production scale
- Implement HL7/FHIR integrations across fragmented healthcare systems
- Turn ambiguous problems into clean, scalable solutions
- Optimize for speed, reliability, and system performance
- Own features end-to-end, from design to deployment
- Work across distributed systems and interoperability layers
- Deliver faster, iterate faster, and focus on real-world impact
Qualifications
Pursuing or recently completed
Batchelor Engineering / Degree Computer Science / IT and or any other degree, who has knowledge on Data Engineering / AI / Data Science and Health Informatics
Requirements
- Strong understanding of
data structures
and
system design
- Basic knowledge of Kafka / event streaming concepts
- Familiarity with HL7 / FHIR
(or willingness to learn quickly)
Having
Experience with
REST APIs and microservices,
Knowledge of
real-time data processing systems
Exposure to
cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and
understanding of
distributed systems is advantages
Selection Process (3 Rounds): Resume Screening → Technical Round (problem-solving, case study & system design) → HR Round (communication & role fit)
Stipend & Growth
- First 3 months:
Unpaid (learning + evaluation phase)
- Post 3 months:
₹5,000 - ₹10,000/month (based on performance)
- Early conversion possible
for high-performing candidates
