We’re looking for a multifaceted Product Designer who moves fluidly between product thinking, visual design, and implementation — someone equally comfortable designing high-fidelity UIs as they are collaborating and co-creating with developers. You’ll help define the future of how people explore and interact with crypto data, pushing boundaries of how we work with AI and next-generation design tools.

What You’ll Do

• Design end-to-end product experiences — from concept to production
• Collaborate closely with engineers, often in Figma, Cursor and GitHub, to prototype, refine, and ship features that feel seamless and expressive.
• Push the boundaries with AI tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and Figma MCP to expand how we design and build products.
• Create elegant, data-rich interfaces that bring clarity and beauty to complex data analysis and developer tools.
• Drive design systems and component libraries that balance flexibility and consistency.
• Craft micro animations for the app and product animations for marketing sites.
• Support marketing and sales efforts with event, brand, and slide design.

What We’re Looking For

• Crypto native: You understand on-chain culture, technology, and the mechanics behind the systems shaping the space.
• Product-driven: You think beyond pixels — you care about user outcomes, data integrity, and interaction design.
• Technical mindset: Comfortable in GitHub, using basic terminal commands, and pairing with developers to push designs live.
• AI fluent: You’ve experimented with Claude Code, Cursor, or similar AI-native design/dev tools.
• Builder’s energy: You don’t wait for permission to explore new tools or ideas — you find ways to make things real.
• Good taste: A strong eye for typography, layout, motion, and detail. You know when to break patterns with purpose.
