We’re growing our mobile app ecosystem, and design plays a central role in shaping how our users experience our products every day.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Product Designer who is comfortable working end-to-end: understanding user problems, defining flows, creating polished UI, experimenting with new ideas, and collaborating closely with engineering on-site in Ankara.
This role also requires a natural curiosity toward AI tools from generating visual ideas and assets to supporting content creation and accelerating workflow.
What You’ll Do
- Design for both
mobile
and
web
products: user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready interfaces
- Collaborate daily with our on-site team to refine product ideas and shape new features
- Use
AI tools actively
for concept exploration, content generation, visual ideation, and workflow acceleration
- Support usability tests and iterate based on qualitative and quantitative insights
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in product design
- Strong command of Figma
- Portfolio showing high-quality work across both mobile and web
- Comfort working in a fast-paced product studio environment
- Curiosity toward AI-assisted design, from generating assets to improving creative workflows
- Clear communication and a structured, problem-solving mindset
- Ability to take ownership and work collaboratively on-site
- Ability to prototype quickly
- Experience with design systems
Nice to Have
- Understanding of micro-interactions or motion design
- Familiarity with analytics or data-informed design
