Champion user-centered design practices and help standardize our design process across teams.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS
Working conditions as found in a typical office location or a remote office location.
In-office expectations (Bolingbrook, IL) are Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays based on our current in-office operating model. This model can change at any tim,e and the expectation is that all local team members are able and willing to come into the office on any day of the week, as needed.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
Ability to board a locomotive.

This position's anticipated base salary range is $101,300 to $171,600. Final compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, and location.
