What you’ll do

📊 Own our product & growth analytics stack ( BigQuery, PostHog, Mixpanel, GrowthBook )

📈 Define and track core product metrics (activation, engagement, retention, monetization)

🧪 Design, implement & analyze A/B tests and experiments with GrowthBook

🔍 Build funnels, cohorts, and user journeys to deeply understand how users behave

🧠 Run deep-dive analyses to answer key questions from product, growth, and founders

🧩 Build and iterate on data models , such as:

• user segmentation & clustering
• churn / retention prediction
• LTV / monetization analysis

📉 Create clear dashboards & reports that make data easy to understand

🤝 Partner with product, engineering, and marketing to turn insights into shipped features and experiments

What you’ll need (must-have)

✅ Strong SQL skills (experience with BigQuery is a big plus)

✅ Hands-on experience with product analytics tools (PostHog, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.)

✅ Solid, practical experience with A/B testing & experimentation

    → designing hypotheses, setting up experiments, analyzing results, interpreting impact

✅ Solid understanding of event-based tracking , funnels, cohorts, and user journeys

✅ Experience working on mobile or B2C products

✅ Strong Python or R skills for analysis, modeling, and notebooks

✅ Experience with core ML / statistical methods (regression, classification, clustering, experiment analysis)

✅ Ability to turn complex analysis into simple, actionable recommendations

✅ Ownership mindset: you like to define the questions, not just answer them

⭐ Worked in fast-paced startups or subscription / freemium products

⭐ Have experience with time-series, personalization, or recommendation problems
