Your Track Record

• Strong academic foundation and early hands-on experience in data analysis, product analytics, or business intelligence.
• Experience with SQL, BI tools, or Python to uncover trends and guide product strategy.
• Comfortable owning end-to-end analyses, from messy datasets to clear recommendations.
• Passionate about using data to shape what gets built and why.

Must-Haves

• Background in data analysis, BI, or product analytics, ideally in a fast-paced or startup environment.
• Strong critical thinking skills and a passion for using data to drive product decisions.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
• Ready to work from our Berlin office 5 days/week (with some flexibility).
