Define product strategy, roadmap, and feature prioritization for receivables collection workflows and ABL dashboard modules
Conduct user research with banks, lenders, and collection teams to identify needs and validate solutions
Write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements for engineering teams
Collaborate with backend, frontend, and ML engineers to scope features and resolve technical tradeoffs
Design and optimize user workflows (e.g. for debtor management, payment tracking, reporting, and lender dashboards)
Establish success metrics, analyze product usage data, and iterate based on feedback
Manage stakeholder communication and align cross-functional teams around product goals
Support go-to-market efforts including demos, onboarding flows, and customer feedback loops
Required Qualifications:
3-4 years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, fintech, or financial services
Strong understanding of lending operations, accounts receivable, or asset-based lending workflows
Proven track record shipping complex, data-intensive products with technical teams
Experience writing technical specs and working closely with engineering on API design and data models
Proficiency with product tools (Jira, Figma, analytics platforms) and Agile methodologies
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and business audiences
Analytical mindset with experience defining KPIs and using data to drive decisions
Nice to Have:
Background in banking, collections, credit, or commercial finance operations
Experience with workflow automation, AI-assisted features, or agent-based systems
Familiarity with regulatory/compliance requirements in lending or financial reporting or similar
Technical background or ability to engage in architecture discussions
