Redwood Credit Union is seeking a Product Analyst, who will administer the product portfolio optimization program, used to monitor and enhance RCU's existing products and services. Responsibilities include assessing the current state of products and services to identify gaps and opportunities, managing and monitoring catalog-level product performance and reporting, and supporting optimization and enhancement initiatives that improve the Member experience and drive Member growth and retention.

The ideal candidate has a combination of education and experience equivalent to an associate's degree, plus a minimum of two years of relevant experience.
Compensation: Base starting range: $33.00 to $44.00 hourly commensurate with experience. Our base salary starting range is based on scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, and internal peer equity.
