What you'll be doing:
Collect, analyze, and interpret large volumes of data generated by the product (both stateful and product events) to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
Provide data-driven recommendations and insights to support strategic decision-making processes and product roadmap prioritization.
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to understand customer needs:
Identify opportunities for feature improvements and new feature development based on data analysis.
Help understand customer value and build ROI and champion-enablement reports.
Effectively communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise reports, presentations, and visualizations.
Conduct market research in the security and compliance realms and be a Product evangelist and close partner for Sales, Marketing and Customer Success stakeholders.
