Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and data-driven Product Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing and enhancing our product offerings, using data insights to support decision-making, and driving improvements in both product design and functionality. This role is perfect for someone with strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering value to users.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Computer Science) from Tier 2 college.
• 0-1 years of experience as a Product Analyst or in a similar analytical role, preferably within a product or tech environment.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Experience with product analytics platforms (e.g. Mixpanel, Google Analytics) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex data findings in an easily understandable manner.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work across different teams and departments.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in product management or working closely with product managers.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles and how they relate to product design.
