Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Product Analyst. The Product Analyst will analyze customer and market needs, collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine product features, and gather insights by interpreting data to drive decision-making. Key responsibilities include evaluating product performance, conducting business analysis, and contributing to the roadmap by aligning product capabilities with user and business requirements. The role emphasizes analytical rigor, clear communication, and a strong understanding of product and business dynamics.

Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills and experience in Data Analytics to evaluate product performance and trends
Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey findings clearly
Business Analysis skills to identify user needs and improve product features
Experience or understanding of Product Management to support the development and execution of strategies
Proficiency in relevant tools such as Excel, SQL, or BI tools is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
Previous experience in SaaS, fintech, or customer support technology is advantageous
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
