Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Berlin, Germany, for a Procurement Officer. The Procurement Officer will be responsible for streamlining procurement activities, managing purchase orders, overseeing the purchasing process, and negotiating contracts with suppliers. The role will also involve monitoring market trends, analyzing purchasing data, and collaborating with internal teams to meet organizational goals and budget requirements. Effective communication and adherence to ethical procurement practices will be central to this role.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Procurement and Purchasing processes
• Experienced in Purchase Orders and Contract Negotiation
• Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating market trends, costs, and supplier performance
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities
• Proven ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with procurement software and ERP systems is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred
• Prior experience in the engineering or construction industry is a strong advantage
