Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Procurement Manager located in Dubai. The Procurement Manager will be responsible for overseeing supplier evaluation, contract negotiation, procurement strategies, and contract management. This role includes developing procurement processes, analyzing vendor performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. The Procurement Manager will work closely with internal stakeholders to support project goals while optimizing costs and maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Supplier Evaluation and Procurement processes
• Strong skills in Contract Negotiation and Contract Management
• Exceptional Analytical Skills to evaluate costs, risks, and supplier performance
• Proven experience in handling procurement functions in a large organization
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with diverse teams
• Familiarity with procurement technology and systems is a plus
• Experience in the engineering or construction industry is highly desirable
