We’re hiring a
Process Optimization Lead
with a strong powder-coating industry background who wants to be part of something genuinely innovative.
Who This Role Is For
You likely come from one of these backgrounds:
- Technical field support or technical service at a powder supplier
- Technical or application roles at a booth, gun, or line equipment manufacturer
- Other relevant powder coating industry experience that demonstrates strong technical and process expertise
You don’t need to have been a full-time operator—but you
do
need to understand how powder coating actually behaves on a real production line.
What You’ll Do
- Support
customer onboarding
, onsite pilots, and technical audits
- Evaluate powder coating setups, consistency, and process stability
- Work directly with operators, technicians, engineers, and plant managers
- Help translate real-world coating behavior into
data-driven improvements
- Support ongoing customer visits and technical follow-ups
- Provide structured feedback from the field to improve our product and processes
Hard Skills We’re Looking For
Solid understanding of
powder coating processes and line behavior.
Experience with:
- Powder application systems (guns, booths, reciprocators, layouts)
- Film build consistency, variation, and defect drivers
- Process troubleshooting and root-cause analysis
- Comfortable working with
technology, software tools, and data
- Able to document findings clearly and communicate them effectively

- Confident on the shop floor and credible with technical teams
- Strong communicator who can bridge operators, engineers, and management
- Comfortable traveling and working independently
